This I-Drive eatery is the only place in town where you can sample authentic Ethiopian cuisine. Guests can sit on the traditional straw tables with stools called mesob, or relax in a regular booth. The entrees include beef and vegetable dishes such as awaze tibs, gored gored, and a chicken stew called doro wat. Most of the food is eaten by hand with the help of spools of sourdough bread called injera, which are used as edible utensils. Don't forget to try the clay pot coffee for dessert. It is, after all, where the beverage originated.
